Dr. Tierra's Cherry Bark Decoction Sore Throat Syrup

Make a syrup using equal parts Elecampane, Wild Cherry bark, Licorice, Comfrey root, Coltsfoot and Lobelia. Cook down the decoction until it reaches a syrupy consistency.

Dosage: one tablespoon, every hour or as needed, for coughs and sore throats.

At the same time, take pills or capsules of equal parts powdered Slippery Elm, Bayberry bark, Comfrey root and Mullein. Take 2 capsules every two hours along with one teaspoon Garlic oil and 5 - 30 drops Echinacea tincture.
